FLOCC Studio Dallas

I work out of a 6500 sq. ft. artist's co-operative in the Bishop Arts district of Oak Cliff known as FLOCC. The name "flocc" is an old English word that means "a band of people". In this case, we are a diverse band of creative individuals working together under one roof.  The space is bright and open with individual offices, a common area, conference room, kitchen, dressing room and large studio.  If you are familiar with Oak Cliff, it is located at the corner of Davis and Edgefield, one block from the restaurant Nova.
